Ruema is a personal memory assistant. You tell it things, and it helps you find them again later. That is the entire service.
You own everything you put into Ruema. We claim no rights over your content. We do not use it to train models, sell to third parties, or display to anyone.
You agree not to use Ruema to:
Ruema offers a free tier and a paid subscription. Paid subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your iPhone's Settings under your Apple ID. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policy, not by us.
Ruema uses AI to understand your questions. AI is very good, but it is not perfect. It may occasionally misunderstand you or surface the wrong memory. Ruema tells you how confident it is precisely so you can judge for yourself.
Do not rely on Ruema as your only record of anything critical: medical, legal, financial, or safety-related information. Keep a real backup of things that truly matter.
Ruema is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every answer will be correct.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ruema and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including anything you forget.
You may stop using Ruema at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend access if these terms are violated.
